We do not provide appointment-setting services. Leads are delivered digitally after purchase.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are due at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via secure platforms, including e-transfer to info@vanguardvisionary.ca or Stripe.
No leads will be delivered until payment is received in full.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital data, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the lead data has been delivered. If you believe there is a problem with the quality of the leads received, please contact us within 3 business days for review.
4. Client Responsibility
It is the client's responsibility to use the leads in compliance with all local, provincial/state, and federal marketing and privacy laws (e.g., CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable). Vanguard Visionary is not liable for how leads are used after delivery.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While our leads are highly targeted and verified using advanced data systems, we cannot guarantee sales, responses, or client conversion rates.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on this website, including the name Vanguard Visionary, are the intellectual property of the business owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
